DISPATCHER
We are seeking a dispatcher to join our team.
Permanent full-time position, Monday to Friday.
Description of Main Duties
Dispatching (Primary Role)

Answer phone calls from customers who want to schedule a prepared concrete delivery.

Schedule the order using dispatch software (Marcotte, CDWare Technologies) so the customer receives the requested product at the agreed time.

Produce and hand delivery tickets to drivers and provide a brief description of the route and the work to be done.
Truck Weighing (Related Role)

Weigh trucks that pick up materials at the quarry using SigmaScale software and issue a weight ticket.

Process customer payments for cash sales, including cash handling and use of a payment terminal.

Generate a daily transaction report and export it to the accounting system.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma (DES) or equivalent experience

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft 365)

On-site work

Experience as a dispatcher is an asset

Experience in the prepared concrete sector is an asset
